Laura was wonderful in helping us through the buying process. She sold my husband's home earlier in the year and then patiently helped us in our search with a limited budget to find a home in Seminole County. She is very communicative, responding quickly and thoroughly to questions and following up with other parties to make sure things go smoothly. Stacy has been our real estate agent for more than a decade. She's been with us each time we've bought or sold a home in the central FL area. This past transaction with her was a bit challenging as we were closing on a home in FL and buying a home ON THE SAME DAY on the other side of the CONTINENT! We had 0 surprises and she goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. This past transaction she offered to help with our buying agent in another state when I didn't quite understand what was being asked! She is a sound business partner but more importantly she became a friend and we think of her as part of our family. The way she's able to describe the home / have the photos done and availability to answer questions sets her apart.

There is not one thing I would change about our Agent, Laura Toppin. She took the most beautiful photos of our home and worked very hard to sell it. She was on top of her game and when I e-mailed her she always answered very quickly. She went above and beyond and very professional. I'm actually going to miss her e-mails. I felt she was part of the family. Laura, you're the best!

Absolutely the best professional I have worked with to date. Stacy was notified that our home needed to sell with in two weeks. Within a week Stacy worked with us to get the house packed up, repairs made, movers scheduled, pictures taken and listed. The house sold instantly.......for top dollar. Fantastic realtor!! I had to place my mother's condo up for sale on fairly short notice in stressful circumstances. Laura made it so easy and moved so quickly, she was absolutely perfect. Her advice on what to do, and what not to do, to the property for a sale and staging was spot-on, as was her pricing advice. We had a contract in less than a week for a price that well exceeded my expectations, which closed in less than a month. A minor title problem came up and she was right on it and made it her problem, not mine, and had it resolved. I plan to use her for another residence I plan to sell. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

From hostile, paranoid sellers, to finding out the structural issues before you commit, she was able to deduces the intricate real estate complications and navigate this tough buyers' market with the astuteness of Oprah and the finesse of Robert Downey, Jr. We met 15 or so real estate agents, before we found her and just knew if anyone could shoot for the stars it's Stacy, a virtuoso...she's Elon Musk for the real estate world without the ego or narcissism.
