Stacey did an amazing job selling our home. Our home had been on the market for months, with other seasoned agents and Stacey came in and knew exactly what to do, what pictures to take, how to stage and market our house. We asked questions, she listened and either came up with the solutions and/or offered excellent advice. Her knowledge of the area, use of marketing tools, the showing notification app she used and her own website went above and beyond what we experienced with other agents. Within days after going on the market we had several offers on the house and she worked side by side with us the whole way. She fielded the questions asked, followed up, and kept us informed the entire time. Once we accepted an offer, Stacey followed through and was smart about all of the contact and communication with the buyer agent.
