I originally was in the market for a rental home. At the time Pat had a couple of homes available. All the homes were in great shape and at a great price. I eventually rent a home in Deltona that was just right in the right area in which we were looking. After a couple of years we approached Pat about possibly purchasing the home. This began a whirlwind of good things. Pat was very helpful not only with the negotiation of the home purchase price, but the financing as well. I remember sitting in my dinning room signing all the closing docs and thinking to myself this may have not happened at all if it were not for Pat going the distance he did. I was so appreciative of his effort, that even today many years later that Pat and his wife Gail are very good friends and a couple we could count on if ever needed in the future. JUST AWESOME PEOPLE!!!
