A hidden gem of knowledge and personality My mother passed away, I was devastated, and had many sudden responsibilities to overcome. I had no idea what I was doing and had to learn everything about owning an inherited house. I gave Jacki a call and explained everything over the phone. She immediately understood and started a plan for me. We spoke often, gathered ideas, addressed problems together in my best interest, and she walked me through the whole process to make sure things went as smooth as possible given my unique situation.
