Pat was awesome in helping me sell my house in 31 days in Apopka. He did great marketing online and in community. He was very knowledgeable of the area. He priced it right and he gave tips on selling quick. He also helped us negotiate our new home, not to mention since he has extensive construction knowledge he was able to help identify and assist in remodeling our new home. He also helped my daughter find a perfect rental that suited her in Altamonte Springs. He was able to provide us with a great mortgage person. He returns calls same day and answered any questions we had. I had no concerns it seemed he addressed our concerns before it was a concern. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I would highly recommend him.
